If a post is stolen, goes missing or is vandalized/broken, Mr. Service will charge a fee, and will place a new post on the property. The initial service agreement will remain in effect.
If Mr. Service does not see their post on a property where we are charging a monthly rental fee, we will assume the post has been destroyed or stolen and will charge the agent the lost post fee.
The post shall not be removed from the address it was originally installed at without contacting Mr. Service.
